Our 18 year old tub / shower stall drain started to leak due to corrosion. Rudd's plumber, Paul C., arrived on time and had the drain, overflow and piping replaced in about three hours. His ingenuity and experience not only had it repaired the same day, but saved us thousands by doing the work without us having to replace the entire tub unit. Rudd will henceforth be our go to plumbing business in the future.

The crew was very professional during the process of installing the new system. They kept me informed on how the installation was going. Answered all questions about the installation process and the ones I asked. Once the installation was complete they made sure that I was satisfied and they cleaned the area thoroughly. I gave them 5 stars. Hopefully the follow up inspection will be completed soon. There is still some work to be completed, cosmetic repair.

Tyler was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He and his crew installed a new ac system to replace an old one. Everything was done quickly, quietly and efficiently with no mess. Tyler helped me program the thermostat to my phone and came back when I got an alert and checked everything out to make sure the system was running properly. Their staff each had specific duties and responsibilities, and the HVAC team worked separately from the plumbing guys. I had a condition with an air conditioning unit. They sent Brandon Hatfield out to my house to help me with my problem. He was fantastic. He could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful than anyone I have ever dealt with before as far as maintenance on heating and air And did extremely well with great detail shown for every phase of the project.
