Our 18 year old tub / shower stall drain started to leak due to corrosion. Rudd's plumber, Paul C., arrived on time and had the drain, overflow and piping replaced in about three hours. His ingenuity and experience not only had it repaired the same day, but saved us thousands by doing the work without us having to replace the entire tub unit. Rudd will henceforth be our go to plumbing business in the future.

The crew was very professional during the process of installing the new system. They kept me informed on how the installation was going. Answered all questions about the installation process and the ones I asked. Once the installation was complete they made sure that I was satisfied and they cleaned the area thoroughly. I gave them 5 stars. Hopefully the follow up inspection will be completed soon. There is still some work to be completed, cosmetic repair.

Tyler was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He and his crew installed a new ac system to replace an old one. Everything was done quickly, quietly and efficiently with no mess. Tyler helped me program the thermostat to my phone and came back when I got an alert and checked everything out to make sure the system was running properly. I would highly recommend Rudd for any problems. Everyone there is very helpful and nice.
Jessie Robert’s showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue at a great price. He was courteous, and professional and also took the time to explain the issue with pictures of the problem. The business staff was also helpful in the scheduling of this appointment and gave updates on the appointment status and Jessie’s arrival time. I highly recommend Rudd.

Josh was the technician that came to service my A/C unit this afternoon. Josh was friendly , professional and thorough. He thoroughly explained the work he did and showed me pictures of the completed work and asked if I had any questions. Top notch service again! He was also very thoughtful and changed the air filters for me do I wouldn’t have to mess with the heavy ladder. I only use Rudd Plumbing, Heating & Air. They are simply the best!
We had a wonderful experience with Rudd for our recent installation of a mini-split a/c in our garage. They took care of everything from insulating the attic, wiring the electrical, and installing the unit and it was done seamlessly and in less than 4 hours!! Awesome service and team…
Rudd installed a completely new HVAC system for us on May 21st, as well as 3 new toilets and a water filtration system in our home. Their staff each had specific duties and responsibilities, and the HVAC team worked separately from the plumbing guys. They were cordial, professional, and each person knew their role and remained focused on the successful completion of their duties. They were open to politely answering our questions, and each team’s supervisors stopped in through the day to check on progress. Everything’s working great, and we’re very pleased we chose Rudd.
Seth came on time, on Sunday, Independence Day weekend, to resolve my water heater problem. Explained the issues, offered resolutions and scheduled to replace the unit. Very knowledgeable and amiable. Will replace tomorrow early morning. Great service!
I had a condition with an air conditioning unit. They sent Brandon Hatfield out to my house to help me with my problem. He was fantastic. He could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful than anyone I have ever dealt with before as far as maintenance on heating and air And did extremely well with great detail shown for every phase of the project. I could not have been happier with him. He will be the only person I will work on my unit from this point on.
Our technician Harley was very professional and courteous. He explained every step of the way of what he was doing. He was very helpful. Very nice experience.
