Has my tankless hot water heater repaired. Had Nick come to check it out and it needed some new parts. 2 days later they had the parts but couldn’t get it up and running. They went back to the manufacturer of the gas regulator and got some more info and Nathan came and had it running 2 days later. I was very happy with the communication and timeframe in which they got the issue resolved. I would recommend them and I signed up for their service plan for the plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance plan. Very well run company.

Our 18 year old tub / shower stall drain started to leak due to corrosion. Rudd's plumber, Paul C., arrived on time and had the drain, overflow and piping replaced in about three hours. His ingenuity and experience not only had it repaired the same day, but saved us thousands by doing the work without us having to replace the entire tub unit. Rudd will henceforth be our go to plumbing business in the future.

The crew was very professional during the process of installing the new system. They kept me informed on how the installation was going. Answered all questions about the installation process and the ones I asked. Once the installation was complete they made sure that I was satisfied and they cleaned the area thoroughly. I gave them 5 stars. Hopefully the follow up inspection will be completed soon. There is still some work to be completed, cosmetic repair.

Tyler was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He and his crew installed a new ac system to replace an old one. Everything was done quickly, quietly and efficiently with no mess. Tyler helped me program the thermostat to my phone and came back when I got an alert and checked everything out to make sure the system was running properly. Josh was the technician that came to service my A/C unit this afternoon. Josh was friendly , professional and thorough. He thoroughly explained the work he did and showed me pictures of the completed work and asked if I had any questions. Top notch service again! Rudd installed a completely new HVAC system for us on May 21st, as well as 3 new toilets and a water filtration system in our home. Their staff each had specific duties and responsibilities, and the HVAC team worked separately from the plumbing guys. They were cordial, professional, and each person knew their role and remained focused on the successful completion of their duties.
